Easy Crockpot Vegetable Chicken Soup

With the cooler weather and cold and flu season coming on, I thought it might be time to share a great chicken soup recipe. As with most of the recipes I share on this blog, credit goes to my husband. It is well known in my family that of the two of us, he is the better cook! I will hold tight to my title as the best baker, though!

Easy Crockpot Vegetable Chicken Soup

4 Pieces of Chicken (any cut)
4-5 Cups of water (ensure enough water to cover other ingredients)
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp pepper
1 Tbsp Garlic
1 Pckt Sazon Goya
4 whole carrots sliced
3 Celery sticks sliced
2 Cups Fresh Green Beans
3 ears of corn sliced off of the cob
2 Chicken flavor cups Knorr Homestyle Stock

Toss your ingredients in a large crock pot add all ingredients let cook on high for 1 ½ hour, or on low for 3-4 hours.

This recipe is very easy and quick, and is also very filling without being very high in fat, calories, or carbs. It is a great recipe to use when on a diet!

  19. I just love your instructions on how to cook this chicken-vegetable soup. With a couple of differences, its the way I do mine. I don't use green beans or the packet of Sazon Goya. Think I will next time for a little change. I'm getting bored with the same flavor.
